Kollectiv had gained ample experience working in the Australian and European magazine industry. This included magazine editorial design and redesigns, as well as advertising concepts and rollout. Kollectiv studio had subsequently moved more towards the digital side of publishing. This included website digital advertising design. In this case, vogue.com.au needed help creating concepts for potential online clients.
Vogue.com.au gave Kollectiv a list of potential online advertisers. We researched their up-and-coming products. With this in mind, we found brand imagery to use to skin the vogue.com.au website mock-up.
There were strict guidelines in place for advertising placement and interaction. As a result, it would not break the budget in development. We used templated design guidelines and existing photography. This helped keep advertising costs down. If the concept was approved, the mock-up and imagery was simply handed to the development team. They would pull it together and make it go live.
These are online advertising concepts for Chanel, Estee Lauder and Thomas Sabo.
