Kollectiv had been creating food editorial and advertising design for over a decade. This included working on cookbooks including concepts, photography direction, design and print management. Subsequently, Kollectiv studio had moved more toward the digital side of publishing. This included online advertising design.
In this case, taste.com.au needed some help creating concepts for potential online clients.
Turning up the heat
Taste.com.au gave Kollectiv a list of potential online advertisers. With this in mind, we researched their up-and-coming products. We then found brand imagery to use to skin the taste.com.au website mock-up.
There were strict guidelines in place for advertising placement and interaction. This was to ensure it would not break the budget in development. We used templated design guidelines and existing photography to keep advertising costs down. If the concept was approved, the mock-up and imagery were simply handed to the development team. They would pull it together and make it go live.

Kollectiv had also been pulling together creative work for bodyandsoul.com.au, gq.com.au and vogue.com.au. The work included all aspects of website digital advertising design. Last but not least, social media posts, EDMs, banner artwork, and campaign design rollout.
