Kollectiv Studio has been working regularly with the Optus team on events and collateral since 2015. This has been direct as well as through various agencies. The work has included event concept and design, internal collateral and communications. It has also included Powerpoint presentation templates and design. This project was the 2019 Optus Retail Roundup event concept and design. ‘Get Set for Summer’ was the chosen theme.
RE Agency had previously created a range of summer illustrations for Optus. They included summer activities such as barbeques, thongs and sunglasses. They gave us permission to use the illustrations in order to create the look and feel. We used these within the Optus brand guidelines to create a unique and fun look for the event.
A range of collateral was also needed. These included an invite, venue signage, web assets, TV surrounds, DJ booth and a Powerpoint template.
When creating a corporate event concept and design, Kollectiv Studio presents at least three concepts. The client has the opportunity to mix and match the elements they prefer. This ensures they get their desired outcome. The internal Optus brand team approve the final design. Once approved, the collateral is rolled out.
